Hughes Family Farms is a diverse farming operation.  We grow corn, pinto beans and winter wheat in rotation under center pivot irrigation.  We also grow winter wheat, corn, proso millet and yellow peas in a no-till dryland rotation.

The main key to our success is our people.  Our top notch workforce consists of four full time employees and two part time employees with additional help as needed during harvest time.  We, above all, value time for not only our families but our employees' families as well.

We strive hard to be as efficient as possible at what we do.  This includes right-sizing our equipment fleet and utilizing the latest in agricultural technologies such as machine guidance, variable rate seeding and fertilizer placement, and real time machine tracking.
